Kevin Nguyen graduated from the University of Colorado-Boulder in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Music Degree in Euphonium Performance and a Bachelor of Music Education Degree in General/Instrumental music. Kevin is currently a teacher in Seattle at Wing Luke Elementary School where he teaches choral, instrumental, and general music. In addition to teaching, he is involved in numerous ensembles around the Seattle metropolitan area, including The Bainbridge Symphony Orchestra, Ovation!, Bainbridge Performing Arts, Rainbow City Performing Arts, and the Bremerton Performing Arts. Kevin is passionate about ethnomusicology in the general music education field, equity in instrumental music, and social justice through the arts.
